We’re on the lookout for an Oslo-based Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team at Oda! In this role, you will play an instrumental part in building great teams by ensuring we have the right people in the right places. You’ll be involved in a wide range of recruitment projects, from complex tech recruitment to high-volume hiring processes in operations. As part of the Talent Team, you will play a key role in shaping how we work together to ensure a positive candidate experience while screening candidates through evidence-based methods.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and manage candidate communication with a focus on employer branding. In collaboration with hiring managers, you will act as a partner to ensure we find and hire top talent.

What you’ll do as Talent Acquisition Partner with us 🚀
- Finding, contacting and attracting qualified candidates through advertising and sourcing when necessary.
- Interview candidates using competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Facilitate offers and employment contracts, together with hiring managers.
- Ensure that relevant KPI:s and process data are being collected and can be followed up upon.
- Proactively work with employer brand initiatives, and act as an ambassador for Oda’s and Mathem’s brand as an employer.
- When necessary, adapt time and skills to lead / assist in various recruitment projects within Mathem Sweden, Oda Norway, and Oda Group Services.
- Take part in various projects to support the business & improving ways of working within the People space.
To be successful in this role, we believe you… 🌟
- 2+ years of experience working with Talent Acquisition in high pace environments.
- Proven skills in headhunting or sourcing for complex roles (such as software engineering, logistics, and/or commercial).
- Experience coordinating end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate & collaborate successfully with different types of people.
- Fully fluent language skills in English & Norwegian, in both written and verbal communication.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition (based in Sweden) and have the Norwegian market as the primary focus. However, the Talent team collaborates on projects across the border and it’s not impossible that you would play a part in hiring processes for Sweden (Mathem) as well.
