We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst to join Oda!

Are you a data-driven analyst with a deep understanding of RELEX, and passionate about optimizing value chains? At Oda, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of grocery logistics, reducing waste, and ensuring our customers always receive fresh produce, all while helping to challenge the grocery industry in Norway.

As a Procurement Analyst at Oda, you'll be at the heart of our operations, owning and optimizing the technical aspects of our procurement parameters within RELEX Forecast and Replenishment. You'll team up with our commercial, operations, and data & insight teams to understand their needs, building solutions that make our procurement processes way more efficient and truly impact how we deliver fresh goods to our customers. What you’ll be doing as a Procurement Analyst

• Own and evolve Oda's RELEX landscape, including procurement parameters and business rules, to ensure optimal utilization and flow. You'll be Oda Norway's senior super user for RELEX. 

• Lead and drive improvements in our procurement processes, from proactive monitoring to identifying and implementing new solutions.

• Take charge of seasonal planning, product group forecasting, and inventory level monitoring to ensure optimal product availability and reduced waste.

• Collaborate closely with the global Sourcing Development team to further develop the RELEX system and procurement processes, representing the Norwegian procurement team's needs.

• Actively participate in cross-functional development with other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across departments.

To thrive in this role, we believe you're comfortable with complex systems and processes, you pay close attention to detail, and you're passionate about delivering high-quality results. You're a confident communicator, able to explain things clearly and build strong relationships to drive change effectively.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

• Broad RELEX experience, including using and understanding its business rules, and the ability to read and write SQL.

• 3+ years of relevant working experience.

• Broad experience working within procurement, supply chain, or replenishment.

• Highly analytical, with experience creating business cases and communicating complex technical solutions effectively from a business perspective.

• You have a strong sense of ownership and like working independently. You’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and likes sharing insights and ideas with others. 

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

What would be nice to have 💡

• It's a bonus if you're speaking a Scandinavian language.

• It's great if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• It’s great if you have experience with troubleshooting.
