We’re looking for a People Partner to join our People team in Oda!
As a People Partner at Oda, you’ll play an important role in shaping how we support and develop our teams. You’ll be the go-to partner for several business areas — including Product & Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service — and work closely with leaders to make sure we create great conditions for people to thrive and grow, while helping the business succeed.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of People Partners and Advisors who support each other, share insights, and collaborate across Oda. Together, we aim to build strong, people-centered practices that scale with the company.
In this role, you'll:
Partner with leaders to design team structures and ways of working that support their goals
Use people data (like engagement, sick leave, turnover, etc.) to spot trends and help leaders make informed decisions
Lead and support organizational changes — from team restructuring to role adjustments
Give guidance on roles, compensation, and job architecture
Help plan for future talent needs and identify potential gaps or risks
Build good relationships with unions (like Tekna) and represent Oda in negotiations
Improve and develop HR processes and create useful tools and materials for leaders
Support leaders with complex personnel matters in a fair and thoughtful way
Ensure we follow relevant laws and internal guidelines
Act as a coach and sounding board for leaders as they grow in their roles
Bring insights from your areas to help improve how we work with people across Oda

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
Educational background in HR or relevant field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operational HR, working closely with leaders
Strong understanding of both the human and business sides of leadership
Solid knowledge of labor law, union collaboration, and compliance matters
Experience with HR systems (e.g,. Workday, Quinyx, Peakon, or similar)

Someone who builds trust with leaders while also challenging them when needed
Strong communication and negotiation skills
