We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Oda!
We’re looking for an Oslo-based Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team at Oda! In this role, you will play an instrumental part in building great teams by ensuring we have the right people in the right places.You’ll play a key role in diverse recruitment projects — from hiring top tech talent to building the operations teams that bring the Oda boxes to customers’ doorsteps. As part of the Talent Team, you will play a key role in shaping how we work together to ensure a positive candidate experience while screening candidates through evidence-based methods.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and manage candidate communication with a focus on employer branding. In collaboration with hiring managers, you will act as a partner to ensure we find and hire top talent.

What you’ll do as Talent Acquisition Partner with us 🚀
Finding, contacting and attracting qualified candidates through advertising and sourcing when necessary.
Interview candidates using competency-based interviewing techniques.
Facilitate offers and employment contracts, together with hiring managers.
Ensure that relevant KPI:s and process data are being collected and can be followed up upon.
Proactively work with employer brand initiatives, and act as an ambassador for Oda’s and Mathem’s brand as an employer.
When necessary, adapt time and skills to lead / assist in various recruitment projects within Mathem Sweden, Oda Norway, and Oda Group Services.
Take part in various projects to support the business & improving ways of working within the People space.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have… 🌟
3+ years of experience working with Talent Acquisition in high pace environments, either agency or inhouse.
Proven skills in headhunting or sourcing for complex roles. Experience within Tech is a bonus.
Experience leading end-to-end hiring processes and adjusting your approach according to type of role
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate & collaborate successfully with different types of people.
Fully fluent English & Norwegian written and verbal communication skills.
To thrive in this role, it’s important that you enjoy working on projects in a dynamic environment where changes and business processes move quickly. The ability to think objectively, without prejudice or bias, is essential. Additionally, a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize from a holistic perspective will be key to your success.
