We are looking for a Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist at Oda, you'll be at the heart of our operations in charge of your own portfolio of suppliers, to buy the volume of products needed to ensure availability to our customers, and still not waste any excessive inventory. You'll team up with our commercial, operations, and data & insight teams to understand their needs, influencing solutions that make our procurement processes way more efficient and truly impact how we deliver fresh goods to our customers. We're looking for someone to take our procurement efficiency to the next level! 🚀

What you’ll be doing as a Procurement Specialist

• Follow the teams’ KPIs to continue being the marked leader of high availability and low spoilage.

• Test out theories and be proactive in finding new and good solutions with a long-term perspective, and share the experience with the rest of the team.

• Actively work with forecasting for products´ demand to achieve the best possible flow of goods.

• Follow up on and develop supplier relationships.

• Actively develop and implement new routines for how we procure goods to achieve strategic goals by continually making changes in working methods with a “happy but not satisfied” mindset.

• Prioritize and analyze assignments and look to other departments for inspiration and support.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

• Good understanding of numbers and IT systems.

• Structured, analytical and execute on high-quality objectives.

• Comfortable switching between regular assignments and new challenges as the company is growing strongly and changes rapidly.

• Acting as a team player who likes sharing experiences with colleagues.

• Enjoy high-tempo and high responsibility.

• Fluently speaking both English and a Scandinavian language.

What would be nice to have 💡

• It's great if you've got relevant working experience for 3+ years with demand planning/replenishment in FMCG industry, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.

• As we work with Relex, experience within this system is a plus.
