We are seeking two new Team Leaders to join our Dry department on the day shift (06:30-14:30) and night shift (22:00–06:00). Both roles operate on a rotating shift schedule and include one weekend shift every fourth week. Please specify which shift you are applying for in your application.
What you’ll be doing as Fulfillment Team Leader
Lead your team (consisting of 10-15 operators) in operations, participating in the operational tasks and processes required during a shift.
Set daily production targets in agreement with the Operating Manager and Operations Coordinator, and communicate them to your team to ensure everyone is engaged and motivated to meet them.
Ensure your team’s well-being by ensuring everyone is seen and has a designated person to turn to for feedback or concerns.
Give direct, constructive feedback to your team members and guide them on how they can develop and grow in their roles.

Follow up on our expectations for our employees and serve as a role model for the company’s leaders and employees.
Use the internal Leadership Principles as a foundation for your leadership.

Previous leadership experience is a plus
Proficient in communicating clear goals and expectations.
Used to working in warehouse management and with technical support tools.
A practical sense toward solving operational issues that may arise throughout the day.
Proficient in English
Understanding Norwegian is an advantage, but not a strict requirement
Good computer skills and a technological interest
What Success Looks Like in This Role💡
A highly motivated team spearheaded by you, working together towards reaching a common goal.
High spirits and presence within your team, with you as a role model.
A working environment where individuals are met on their level and developed accordingly.
An efficient way of communicating important information, within the team, across the rest of the shift, and with other stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you live by Oda’s behaviours, communicate openly, and handle challenging conversations and situations with confidence. You’re goal-driven, enjoy problem-solving, and stay open to feedback, new ideas, and continuous improvement.
