We’re looking for Full-Time Drivers to join Oda!

As a Driver at Oda, you are the face of our company! You’ll be an essential part of our dedicated delivery team, reporting to the Delivery Operating Manager and Team Leaders at your site. Your mission? Bringing groceries, smiles, and a little extra convenience directly to our customers’ doorsteps.

What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚

• Be a Customer Hero: You’ll be on the road bringing groceries and smiles directly to our customers, ensuring a top-notch "Oda experience" at every doorstep.

• Keep the wheels turning: You’ll handle loading and unloading with speed and care, ensuring every box arrives in perfect condition.

• Own your ride: You’ll take pride in your van, keeping it clean, presentable, and ready for the road.

• Pay it forward: You’ll help onboard and train new colleagues, sharing your best tips and tricks from the road.

• Make us better: We value your brain as much as your driving! You’ll contribute your ideas to help us improve our routines and ways of working.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

• A valid driving license (Class B). You’ve had your license for at least 2 years and feel confident and safe behind the wheel.

• Good communication skills. Comfortable in speaking and writing English. If you also know Norwegian or another Nordic language, that’s a big plus!

  • Morning shift (start between 05:15 and 06:00)

  • Evening shift (start between 13:15 and 14:00)

• Position: 100% Full-time
