You are accountable for performance in HSE, quality, and efficiency, as well as people management, training, and compliance with company and legal standards.
What you’ll be doing as Driver Operations Manager
Operational Planning & Execution: Oversee daily dispatch, route adjustments and next-day planning to ensure on-time departures and optimal driver availability.
Personnel Management & Compliance: Manage the full employee lifecycle in our HCM system including scheduling, hour approvals, sick leave follow-up, and ensuring alignment with the Working Environment Act.
Talent Development & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process (interviews to hiring) and coordinate driver onboarding, training, and performance-based retraining with Driver Team Leaders.
HSE & Facility Standards: Conduct daily HSE rounds and damage assessments to maintain fleet tidiness, cargo safety, and workspace cleanliness.
