Lastly we are entering the space of becoming a logistics systems provider to serve other online grocery players meaning we are commercializing our hardware blueprint, our proprietary smart software and our ways of working into Oda systems -our new brand and business area!
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Shop Team to cover parental leave!
We are looking for a senior data talent to be part of our Shop Team for six months while one of our colleagues is on parental leave. The shop team is responsible for everything our customers see and do in our apps, including all apps and web, backend, search, recommendations, AI, and much more. We run multiple A/B tests at any given time, and also spend lots of energy in understanding customer behavior and looking for opportunities for product development.

Use your understanding of impact and success metrics to focus your team's efforts and measure impact.
Work with ambiguous business problems and coordinate inputs across different stakeholders to deliver a coherent analysis and contribute to driving impact based on the insights.
Give high-quality feedback on analytical work, and surface erroneous assumptions.
Unblock initiatives to achieve progress and high productivity.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

Multiple years of experience as a data analyst (or similar role) preferably in a product and technology team.
Higher education with a focus on quantitative methods, preferably in statistics, technology, optimisation or business.
Strong experience with SQL and data modelling.
Have at least some experience with Python, A/B-testing and optimisation.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with other disciplines and non-technical stakeholders.
What would be nice to have 💡
It's a bonus if you're highly proficient in building dashboards and data products using advanced visualisation or novel techniques that solve business problems efficiently and effectively.
It's great if you've got experience with driving change in how non D&I users approach analytical problems, improving their analyses and visualisations.
Relevant specialization or domain knowledge for certain roles and/or teams.
